Creation
The artwork being licensed was created using licensed stock images, hand-painted elements, personal photography, AI-generated content, or any individual or combination thereof.
Usage Rights
Each cover design is licensed for single use only.
With your purchase, you are granted permission to:
- Use the cover art for unlimited digital copies of the book.
- Use the cover art for up to 250,000 total print copies across all editions and languages, including foreign translations.
- Use the cover art in promotional materials related to the book.
- Add typography yourself or hire a designer to do so. Typography may be used for eBook covers, full wrap paperback or hardcover designs, audiobook covers, and promotional materials related to the book.
- These usage rights apply collectively across all versions, editions, formats, and translated editions of the book. The total combined print run may not exceed 250,000 copies.
Not Permitted
- You may not alter the artwork in any way except for resizing or adding typography.
- The artwork is nontransferable.
- You may not create items for resale using the artwork.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own or seek to copyright it.
- You may not credit another artist or designer for the cover artwork/design. Please ensure the credits page is updated. Credit is not required, but if you choose to add it please phrase it as, Cover Art by Forever After Romance Designs.
- Each design is licensed for single use only and may not be used for pornography, the sex trade, illegal activity, or hard-core erotica.
Additional:
All artwork is licensed as-is. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Typography is not included. However, some designs come with a Canva Editable Template option.
Please ensure you are following any guidelines or requirements set by your publisher regarding the use of any AI-assisted or AI-generated artwork as your book cover.
By licensing and using this artwork, you understand and agree to the terms outlined above.
